Dr. Orlando is a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas. He graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and went on to The University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Biology. He returned to Houston to attend the University of Texas Dental Branch, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1979. He has proudly practiced dentistry in Houston since that time.
